Delivery Information
FREE delivery to mainland UK
All our prices include FREE delivery to one mainland UK address. Delivery to offshore postcodes is also available for a small surcharge - please contact us for details. Please allow extra time for delivery to very rural addresses - such as the highlands of Scotland.
Order Despatch
All our orders are printed and despatched as soon as possible - generally within the timeframes specified on product pages, if not before. If you have a particuarly time-dependent order, please contact us before you order to check that we'll be able to deliver on time.
Delivery
We will send you an email to confirm when your delivery is due. Your order will be delivered by DPD overnight courier. Someone will need to be present at the delivery address to accept delivery - which will be during normal business hours (8.30am - 5.30pm).
White-Label Deliveries
If you are ordering on behalf of your client we can deliver directly to them, white label, with no reference to us, in unbranded packaging. There's no charge for this - just let us know at the time of ordering.
Failed Delivery
If the delivery driver is unable to deliver your order, they will leave a card and re-attempt delivery on the next working day.
