Local Deliveries
We will let you know the day before delivery is due. Deliveries throughout the Bristol postcode areas BS1 - BS48 are usually made by our own in-house delivery team. These local deliveries are usually between 9am and 7pm (we'll call ahead if it's going to be outside these times).
South-West / UK Mainland Deliveries
We will let you know the day before delivery is due. Deliveries throughout the rest of the South-West & wider UK are handled by our service partners DPD and will be made between 8am and 7pm. Should you miss the delivery an attempt will be made the following working day. Alternatively you can pick it up from the local DPD Depot. A Delivery card will be left with instructions of how to do this. We can usually give you a one-hour delivery window after 9am on the day of delivery (call or email if you'd like this).

Refunds / Returns
We will replace all incorrect / faulty orders
We've never had an order printed incorrectly - though should you receive the wrong order, or there's a problem with your printing just let us know within 2 working days and we'll sort out the problem quickly and efficiently. If when you receive the item the packaging is damaged please ask the driver for a damage claim form.
Unfortunately, due to the bespoke nature of our product we cannot offer a refund on orders that are free from faults. This does not affect your statutory rights.
