How to order
Placing your first order with The Local Print Company is really easy. There's no need to create an account and all you'll need is your billing & delivery addresses, and some form of payment.
1. Find a product - First have a look through the website for the printing you would like to order. You'll find a list of available product catagories in the right hand column of every page. Further information including specifications are available in each of these catagories.
2. Add the items to your basket - Once you've found the product you'd like to order, just click on the price for the relevant size and quantity. You will immediately be taken to the Order Summary page.
3. Order Summary - Take a moment to review the item you've added to the Shopping Basket, before clicking 'Next' when you're ready.
4. Checkout - When you're ready to place your order click 'Checkout'. You will be asked to enter your billing and delivery details. At the bottom of the page there are 2 options for payment - Credit / Debit card or BACS. Full payment will need to be received prior to print.
5. Payment & Confirmation - If you click credit / debit card you'll be taken to a screen to enter your details, otherwise if you've opted for BACS payment you'll be taken to a confirmation screen, and our banking details have been emailed to you. We'll also send a copy of your invoice to your email address.
6. What Next? - Your order will be received by a member of our team who will be in touch. If you're supplying artwork, you can send it to us via email to artwork@thelocalprintcompany.co.uk (remember to specify your order number in the subject line). Once we've received artwork (and payment if applicable) we'll check your artwork over and get printing! We'll be in touch throughout the manufacturing process to keep you up to date.
Unless you are an account holder, we will need full payment prior to print.
